I went to Luxe to book a hotel after I sent him the fee and he booked I went to the hotel they canceled and I came back to him telling him they canceled,  and as you can see in the messages I posted, he lies and says they didnt cancel they didnt cancel and in which he is adamant upon the fact they didnt cancel, he even called the hotel himself in which they told him the reservation is CANCELED and he calls me a liar even after he sent me a video of him calling the hotel  and finding out they canceled. So now he's telling me he's gonna book again total ge same hotel and I told him why would he book the same hotel again why waste our time going back to the same place, Im the client so I have the right of say where I want to book my hotel right? But instead he insists on booking the same hotel in which im no longer even in the area of and then he blocked me and took my money. MODS & ADMINS please sit this straight as this guy is a crazy bafoon and has no understanding about shit

He is making things up in his own sick little head, the reservation got canceled not because of ID what?? Why would I book and go to a hotel and not give them my ID. I told them they canceled and requested if he can book another hotel because they canceled and he said no he wants to book there again, I told him im no longer in that area and dont want that hotel but he keeps insisting on booking that same hotel to no avail. I dont understand why he can't refund me or just book a other hotel of even lesser value in which im not asking for the difference of the money to be refunded to me. But instead he wants to inconvenience his ownself and is now deluded and stubborn in booking that same hotel, now if I book and go back there with a different name I assume they will be suspicious because im staying there for over a week so they will see me regularly coming in and out of the hotel and to completely avoid that I requested a different hotel a cheaper one at that, but he keeps saying NO NO I want to book same hotel same name. IDK why he thinks he has authority over the customers request 🤷‍♂️ TELL HIM TO REFUND MY MONEY OR FOLLOW MY BOOKING ORDERS 🤦‍♂️

1. Regarding the Name Used: Was the hotel reservation made exactly in your legal name, or did the seller use a different/random name without your consent? (You mentioned in your messages that he wanted to use "his own name"; did this happen during the first failed booking as well?)

2. Regarding the Cancellation Reason: In the evidence provided by the seller (the recording of the call with the hotel), it is stated that the reason for the cancellation or denied entry was your inability to provide a physical ID card at check-in. What is your response to this? Did you have your physical ID with you at the time of check-in?
