Additional Information:
I sent him $28 for a combo and a combo method for valorant, three days have passed and I have not received anything. In response, I received that he had a lot of clients and that he didn't have time for me, but he found time to accept the money.
He also said "wait the 48 hours delay which is given for paypal transactions" but since the moment of sending it has passed 72 hours.

I also sent him money for combos and valorant method for combo but he say "I will give you sql, and log method for this price. (Because we didnt handle it here correct) Deal?"
which already indicates that he does not want to fulfill my order completely, but gives only a part of it.
