Additional Information: I ordered a WhatsApp ban service from him on August 4th, with a promised delivery timeframe of 48 hours. The service was never delivered. After the deadline passed, the seller continuously stalled and made excuses regarding the delay. When I finally requested a full refund due to the non-delivery, the seller completely stopped responding to my messages.
