Additional Information: bought his service for a ref or double dip, he got me a replacement and just took my money without the refund beeing done, promising me to refund me the fees if there is any problems with return. after more than 2 months of trying to get the refund, I gave up. the method was doomed from the beginning, since the company knew about the method and now he refuses to refund me the fees.

I have screenshots of conversations and can send it to an admin if needed.

You came to us for a refund on a store we don’t officially service, but we still ran it for you anyway to help out. Within a week you got a full replacement, you accepted it and there were no complaints after that. As far as we were concerned the job was done.

Now months later you’re saying I promised a refund if it didn’t work out which never happened. I didn’t say that, and there’s no message or proof because it wasn’t part of the deal. You agreed to the replacement, you got it and nothing else was owed after that.

You even said in your own post that you received the replacement. So trying to call it a scam now doesn’t really make sense. You got what was offered by store and nothing more was promised from our side.

First of all, I asked you if you can do the shop before ordering and you said yes np.

I did not "agree" to a replacement, I wanted a refund, and your worker asked me if replacement is ok, but only If I can send it back for a refund, which is more work, but better than nothing.
You got me a replacement, by then I knew what method you will use and instead of just doing it and making sure I get the refund, you basically forced me to pay the fees, I could have just done it myself by then, but I still paid you, since I booked your service and didnt want to be an ahole.

Afterwards you just send an ftid and called it done, then told me to send the replacement back for a full refund and if anything happens, you refund me the fees.

I tried for 2 months and a dozen calls/emails to get the return + refund, which was basically your job and it failed. the company knows about the method and they investigated everything and denied me the refund. That means that the replacement failed, bc sooner than later I would have gotten a rebill.
