Short description:
I exchanged 400$ worth of crypto on his exchange service, with an exchanger. The server which the exchange platform is on went down and my ticket dissappeared. The exchanger told me that synem processed my refund already but synem is not responding to my messages anymore and I have not received a refund.

The Discord went down so naturally all tickets went down with it. Luckily we have backups and just restored the ticket.

@Terrenece1581 please respond in the restored ticket once you're available
