Additional Information: I had opened a scam report on another forum where the admins are being unresponsive asf, so I have to open a scam report here with the hopes of the admins actually replying to this scummy behavior of Olympus. 
 
I purchased a full website for my refunding service. the website was done but not as we agreed. i re explained myself many times to correct it but its been to long i cant continue like this. i spoke with him and he only agreed to refund only $300 which i dont think its fair. Website functions (back end) is working but not as I have described, I didn't want to open the deal dispute thread, but the seller was refusing to give me my money back. The reason I went with him is because I thought he would know what to do and understands the service, which clearly is not the case here, the website was never done how I have described it, then he started asking for extra money for something he could not do but I described since the beginning, which is not fair. I don't want to further discuss this as it is a complete time waste for me, so I just want my money back so I can move on with my things. 

The website does not work like it was intended to do, and seller is refusing to give me my money back even though I am not using his website since I can not use it even if I wanted to since it does not do it's job !

Seller now is stalling, unresponsive and refusing to refund, stay away from him, it can be you to have this terrible customer experience like me, the website delivered was a complete AI slop and olympus developers are retarded, it's been 2 weeks almost now that I am fighting for my 1k back and it's a really huge set back for me, never deal with him.

We did not ignore this situation or try to hide anything because when the issue came up, we already sent all the proof, full conversation, and project progress to the admins on the other forum but until now, they are either still unresponsive or still reviewing, and we are simply waiting for their update so we did not run away from the issue as we followed the proper process and stayed cooperative. At the same time, we are doing the same here and we are fully open to share all proofs again, including the full chat, development progress, and the hosted website and we are not holding anything back because we are confident in what actually happened in the project. So from the beginning, this was not a situation where nothing was done or made but we worked with the him step by step, we discussed the system, got approval in every progress/steps, built the website, hosted it as well, and kept updating it based on hisfeedback and actually he himself even confirmed that the backend or the hosted site is working so this is clearly not a case where money was taken and no ever work was delivered. during development, the system became more complex, especially when we had to move away from Sell.app and build a custom solution as we have done it and that changed the scope and required more work, but we still continued and did not run away from the project. We also kept communicating, sending updates everyday and being active, and making revisions but there were even times we were waiting for responses before continuing as we also asked multiple times for a clear final list so we can align everything properly and finish it the right way and we were willing to fix and complete everything.

Now, the situation is being framed like nothing was done and that we acted in bad faith for us, which is not true based on the full conversation and project history but no worries, we are here to resolve this properly that is why we are fully cooperating with admins, both on the other forum and here and we are waiting for their review and final decision, and we will respect whatever outcome they decide based on the full context.

We are ready to provide all proofs here as well so everything can be reviewed fairly and completely.

Are you retarded ? I am not framing it as if nothing was done retard, I am stating you didn't deliver what was asked to and after many days of me wasting braincells and wasting my time with your developer he still couldn't deliver. And you still refused to refund. The user experience is terrible and you don't accept that. I have asked for refund 20 times you still refuse. This has been the most tiring experience I have had with any seller, you need to have that deal with caution badge forever so people know to think 5 times before sending money to a service like you or they will waste braincells for 1 month with your dev and then another 1 month for refund dealing with your retarded ass

The logs make it pretty clear what happened here. @TheOlympus tried to hike the price by a hundred bucks right at the finish line for stuff that was already in the scope. You took on a refunding service site, so you should have known Sell.app was going to be a problem. That tech shift is your responsibility, not the buyer's.

At the same time, @gusservices was active in the ticket for three weeks and approved the design. Asking for a full refund after someone spent that much time on the frontend and dashboards isn't going to happen. The site has some real logic flaws though. Letting users see keys before they even pay the deposit makes the whole thing useless for a live operation.

Verdict is a $600 refund back to @gusservices. The remaining $400 stays with @TheOlympus for the work completed. Since you are keeping a chunk of the money, you must hand over the full source code and all files as they are right now. This way @gusservices can take what's done to another dev to finish the project.

@TheOlympus has 24 hours to send the funds and files, then post the txid here.
