Terrible service. You pay for members who barely last 5 hours on your Discord server before being deleted. 
The seller was very vague when we asked about the duration, saying "Until they're canceled," of course, but who's going to pay for members who won't even be there for 5 hours? 
It's clearly a scam. 
Then, nothing more until I told him I was going to report him. At that point, he simply deleted the Telegram chat and blocked me.

I clearly informed the buyer before purchase that Discord members remain in the server unless Discord removes or terminates them due to its own policies.
The service was delivered as agreed. Any removals were done by Discord, which is outside of my control.
There was no guarantee that members would be permanent if Discord takes action, and this condition was communicated in advance.
Therefore, this is not a scam, but a normal risk associated with Discord services.
 
No false guarantees were made, and no misleading information was provided.

The claim that I deleted the Telegram chat or blocked the buyer is false.
I did not delete the conversation and I did not block the buyer. I have full screenshots of the entire conversation and can provide them to moderators if required.
The buyer’s statement that they “cannot provide screenshots” is misleading and contradicts their accusation.
Service was delivered as agreed, and all terms  including that Discord members may be removed by Discord enforcement were disclosed before purchase.
This feedback contains false allegations and misrepresents the situation.

Please provide a screenshot or copy of your original sales thread showing where the expected duration of the Discord members is clearly stated.
Before the purchase, did you inform the buyer of any average retention time or minimum expected duration for the members?
If yes, please show where this was communicated.
Do you have a refund or replacement policy in cases where members are removed shortly after delivery?
If yes, please provide the exact terms.

Evidence Manipulation: The buyer’s claim that the seller deleted the chat and blocked them has been proven false. The seller provided full chat logs, whereas the buyer’s inability to provide screenshots appears to be a result of their own actions (blocking the seller).

Conclusion: There is no evidence of a scam. This is a case of a high-risk service meeting platform-side enforcement. The seller followed their disclosed terms.
