Ordered a refund of steam deck, seller took 200$ first as i was a new customer, he failed to do the refund and did not even attempt the card charge back, he blocked me on telegram and failed to send me back my original 200$ i paid for already.

@beastmode been over 24h and still no refund for my crypto i sent first, i get the dude has probably a job and is busy, but how hard is it to send back the crypto i sent first risking this exact situation?
Its my first time this shit happens and i never want to sent money first now cuz of this.
