I purchased a PayPal US Personal account from the seller after they explicitly confirmed that the account was fully verified and ready for use.
After receiving the account details, I followed the seller’s instructions exactly. I logged in using an anti-detect browser (Anty) and used the provided SOCKS5 proxy, as advised by their support. Despite strictly following these instructions, the account was instantly flagged/restricted upon first login, making it completely unusable. No changes were made to the account information at any point, including password, email, phone number, or any other details.
I reported the issue immediately, and the seller acknowledged the problem and promised a replacement. After significant delays, a replacement account was eventually provided. I followed the same setup exactly (Anty browser + provided SOCKS5 proxy), yet the second account was flagged/restricted on the same day and required additional verification. I gave the seller a fair opportunity to fix this and complete the verification, but although support attempted it, they failed and then became unresponsive without resolving the issue.
At this point, I am no longer interested in replacements, as both accounts provided were unusable (No transactions sent/received, and no changes made to the account settings). This screenshot clearly confirms it is account issue as it seems they reuse the same person's name and documents to create another PayPal account: https://i.imgur.com/rYaSuoq.png I am requesting a refund, as the accounts delivered are useless and as of no use.
Note: I reported the seller on another forum, and they were banned on 18th of April for failing to respond within 24 hours. Hopefully they respond here and issue a refund.
