I've reviewed the report and everything attached to it.

The payment proof checks out. The invoice ID on the order page matches the order ID @nignix gave @VerifParys in their Telegram chat, and it confirms a $50 BTC payment completed on June 30. So the purchase itself isn't in question here.

The chat log is where this falls apart for the seller. The buyer messaged him the same day he paid, followed up repeatedly over nearly two weeks, and almost every message shows as read. @VerifParys answered once with a vacation excuse and said he'd be back in 30 minutes, then went silent again while still reading the messages. On July 12 he finally replied with "Hello. I will refund." and the buyer sent a BTC address. No refund has been shown since. More telling is that at no point did @VerifParys claim the account was delivered. If it had been, that would've been his first response, not a refund offer. The positive rating on the order page is just the automatic feedback the system leaves after 7 days, so it means nothing.

He was also given 24 hours to respond in this thread and didn't bother.

Verdict: @VerifParys is banned for scamming. If he wants to appeal, the full $50 has to be refunded first, and @nignix needs to PM me confirming the money was received. Until that happens the ban stays. Thread closed.
