Additional Information: I agreed with him to upgrade my old Netflix accounts, but he didn't keep his promise. After payment, he created a fake email address and sent it to me, claiming the account password wasn't working. I asked him to log in using a code, but he claimed the code was only valid for 2 or 5 minutes. He refused to refund my money.
