The date of the transaction or the thread it is tied to does not change the fact that the buyer never received the service they paid for. Offering credit and later retracting it is not a valid resolution. Since the service was never delivered, a $100 LTC refund must be issued within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in this report being ruled as a confirmed scam.

@CleanSole There have been previous reports where you also refused to issue a refund and tried to force buyers to accept bot credit. Buyers are not obligated to accept this. If the service they purchased is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe or ur bot not working at that time, they have every right to request a refund. Since you failed to deliver the service you originally promised, you are required to refund. If you had a ToS shared with your buyers before the sale that covers this situation, you could share it here. But you haven’t done so, which shows you can’t even provide that. A buyer is not obligated to accept bot credit offered later just to fix the situation or to avoid a ban after a report has been opened. If you do not provide refunds under any circumstances, this must be clearly stated in your sales thread or made clear to the buyer at the time of the deal.
If you are going to handle problems one-sidedly, only care about the money you received, refuse to issue refunds when required, take payment without delivering the service, and then ban people under the excuse of “spamming,” then you cannot continue selling on this forum. If you want to resolve this situation, you should act quickly, because once the deadline I gave in my previous comment expires, the case will be closed and the decision will be final. Leaving dislikes or negative reps on reports or decisions will not change the outcome of your case. |
