Additional Information: I bought a ChatGPT Plus upgrade from this user and paid $37.22 in Razer Gold key. At first, everything seemed normal, but after about one day the account got blocked and I could no longer use it. When I contacted him for help, he did not take responsibility, did not provide a proper replacement, and did not give me a refund. Instead of helping me, he kept me waiting and stopped responding properly. I was left with no working account and lost my money.

just contacted the costumer his account got deactivated for some reason after the activation is done, from our part the subscription got activated on the costumer's account. told them if they want replacement. he's refusing. just wanted to clarify the situation @A35, @beastmode . can you reach out please and tell what should be done in this situation, Thanks

I am demanding a refund. I’ve sent you messages on Telegram and noticed you were online without replying to me. You respond to potential new buyers, but you would not address my current problem. This is not how business should be handled. Please refund me to the wallet address I already provided via DM.
