So basically, I've been a customer of Fireflame for almost a year, and I honestly never thought I'd have to open a scam report about them.
But unfortunately, I’m left with no choice after the disrespectful treatment I received - what’s going on here is nothing short of a scam.
The accounts he provided me over the past month during which I purchased from him were constantly getting suspended. They barely lasted 24 hours. I had to ask him for a new account almost every single day. To be fair, he did provide replacements, although it always took him a day or two to respond. Still, that wasn’t too terrible.
Again, he wasn’t always like this. Sometimes there was a delay of a few days before he replied, but this time? Wow. He logged into the forum and completely ignored me on Discord. The level of disregard he's showing is the worst I’ve seen.
So yes, it may be “just” a $20 scam, but I’m trying to resolve this here before I escalate and open a PayPal case against him.
I still can’t believe I’m even writing this. But ever since his store got shut down, he's become unbearable, making up lame excuses.

Hi , first for all i am really sorry for the inconvenience caused for every one , i know i was not messesing on daily basis sorry for it . currently as i am facing some issue , as my phone have been lost and i am trying to recover back form this issue slowly , even now i could not able to lognin through my own acc as i have created this temp acc because i have enabled 2fa in that acc so the 2fa ,mail access and other are in that phone so i could not able to login at all .
I am here in this field for more than 5- 6 years i am to be honest i have no intention on cheating any people . this is one my by very worst times so i am recovering it slowly , for those who i need to replace or refund i will surely help you out . only small request that have some patient even my acc login data all have been saved in that phone so my funds also got stuck unless until i login through that pp or cryptoo id so i am in the process of recovering it . the main problem for me not replying on time is i dont have phone in hand and i use lap to check as my location internet connection is poor so i come onlien 2 - 3 days but once i come i will surely reply all . just try to understand and have some patient till next month 1 st weelk i am fixing and slovong all issue one by one .
I also request admin to please mention this issue on my profile or any where so that no other customer of mine gets panic , if possible it will be helpfull .
if you want u can ask my close circle friends in this forum for vouch for this issue i am no where going but pls have some patient as human to human i am asking just for this request . Rest assured i will try my best to sort all of my issue asap

Please don’t get me wrong, I only opened this scam report after nearly two weeks of receiving no response from you. And even when you finally did reply, it felt very dismissive, just a “yeah yeah, I lost my phone” and then you disappeared again. I told you everything was okay, but what am I supposed to do at this point?
You need to understand, if I really wanted to go against you or damage your business, I would have gone straight to PayPal and opened a dispute. But that’s not what I wanted. I genuinely tried to avoid causing you any harm or raising unnecessary flags. That's exactly why I chose to go through other options first, and opening the scam report on Patched was part of that, more like a last resort after I felt like I had no other choice.
Now, I do recognize that over the past 6 months you’ve genuinely helped me several times, and I appreciate that. But it was often with long delays, and more than once I felt frustrated and unsure how to even reach you properly.
I still believe FireFlame is a trustworthy person, I never called FireFlame a scammer but recent silence and the store’s shutdown raised red flags.
I’ve paid for over 15 products from FireFlame in the past 6 months. This isn’t coming from a place of hate or revenge, I’ve actually gone out of my way to avoid taking harsh actions. I just ended up feeling helpless.

I truly appreciate it, it’s not something I take for granted. But still, everything that happened recently left me a bit confused. I did get a response from him but it came off as somewhat dismissive, you can see that in the screenshots I attached.
I really like the way he works, but there have been quite a few red flags lately.

I'm happy to officially confirm that everything is resolved on my end and this scam report can be closed.
I got my $20 back and even received additional compensation. That’s not something I take for granted, thank you so much!❤️
