He asked me to service his store and I told him I’d give it my best shot but made it clear from the start that nothing was guaranteed. I explained the outcome would depend on how the store handled it and he agreed to move forward knowing a refund might not happen.

@A35 @beastmode A replacement was issued which covered the result he paid for! That completed our service. I still helped him afterwards with the refund attempt even though that was never part of the agreement. I never told him I’d fully manage the refund or guarantee success!

He tried to return the replacement to the store but it didn’t work. They flagged the return and denied it and have blocked him from trying again. That’s on the store not on us. The replacement arrived there was no rebills and everything was completed exactly as discussed.

Now he’s saying I promised to refund him if the return failed which isn’t true. What I actually said was I’d make sure he was covered if the replacement didn’t show or if he was charged again Neither happened! @A35 @beastmode

My service charges per outcome If you get a chargeback a refund or a replacement you have to pay our fee. That’s how it’s always worked with me and any other refunder! Unless you’re a paying mentee or we have a separate agreement I don’t offer extra help and I’m not working for free especially not for someone making fake excuses like this guy!

"He asked me to service his store and I told him I’d give it my best shot but made it clear from the start that nothing was guaranteed" this is like every refund ever? everyone knows that a refund might fail. I never opened the scam report because it failed. I did because you don't pay the fees back.

"The replacement arrived there was no rebills" no shit, because I sent back the replacement for a refund, like you told me and there was no refund, since they knew about your method.

"That’s on the store not on us" @A35 @beastmode I hope you see how ridiculous this sounds. saying multiple times that he will refund me if I have any problems with the return/refund and then saying this is insane. refunders already have zero risk in the process and when everything fails he can just claim no responsibility? Remember I lost around 7k, not him.

he claimed the work is done after I got the replacement and after he sent the ftid (which he made me pay the fees before that) and implying it would be smooth sailing for me to get the refund.

Do you see how it contradicts himself with his statements that he wasn’t sure that he can do the job? you cannot claim doing me a "favour" by accepting this store and then act all confident in the process assuring me that there will never be a problem with the return and refund, which again he implied in the screenshots.

That is because he is lying about the whole thing. He basically admitted that he took on a store he doesn't know how to refund and made me pay the fees before it was even in danger to fail. Then it failed.

You paid for a replacement and that’s what you got. The service was completed exactly as agreed the replacement was issued successfully. Nothing failed on our end what failed was your own attempt to get a refund returning the replacement. Replacement plus refund is a double dip and costs double the fee. You paid for only the replacement!

Now you’re here trying to get your fee back after already receiving the replacement which you were charged for. What you’re asking for is to walk away with the replacement and original item and also not pay for the service. That’s not how it works and you know it. You didn’t get scammed you just didn’t get more than you paid for!

You’re not getting a refund because there’s nothing to refund. You paid for one thing and you got it. You’re not owed anything else.

@A35 @beastmode can you please take a look? I stated my case in my previous posts.
