I am here in this field for more than 5- 6 years i am to be honest i have no intention on cheating any people . this is one my by very worst times so i am recovering it slowly , for those who i need to replace or refund i will surely help you out . only small request that have some patient even my acc login data all have been saved in that phone so my funds also got stuck unless until i login through that pp or cryptoo id so i am in the process of recovering it . the main problem for me not replying on time is i dont have phone in hand and i use lap to check as my location internet connection is poor so i come onlien 2 - 3 days but once i come i will surely reply all . just try to understand and have some patient till next month 1 st weelk i am fixing and slovong all issue one by one .
I also request admin to please mention this issue on my profile or any where so that no other customer of mine gets panic , if possible it will be helpfull .
if you want u can ask my close circle friends in this forum for vouch for this issue i am no where going but pls have some patient as human to human i am asking just for this request . Rest assured i will try my best to sort all of my issue asap

You need to understand, if I really wanted to go against you or damage your business, I would have gone straight to PayPal and opened a dispute. But that’s not what I wanted. I genuinely tried to avoid causing you any harm or raising unnecessary flags. That's exactly why I chose to go through other options first, and opening the scam report on Patched was part of that, more like a last resort after I felt like I had no other choice.
Now, I do recognize that over the past 6 months you’ve genuinely helped me several times, and I appreciate that. But it was often with long delays, and more than once I felt frustrated and unsure how to even reach you properly.
I still believe FireFlame is a trustworthy person, I never called FireFlame a scammer but recent silence and the store’s shutdown raised red flags.
I’ve paid for over 15 products from FireFlame in the past 6 months. This isn’t coming from a place of hate or revenge, I’ve actually gone out of my way to avoid taking harsh actions. I just ended up feeling helpless.
