I sent back the replacement for a refund like he told me and did not get a refund, since they found out that was ftid. this means that the replacement failed. if the replacement was successfull, I would have gotten the refund, since I sent back the replacement. there was never a rebill, because I never got the refund in the first place, which means that he failed. If I kept the replacement, there would have been a rebill 100%, but it does not matter since he told me to send the replacement back for a refund and if it doesn't work, he will refund me the fees.
It does not matter how he tries to twist and turn the truth, because now I have the item, which I paid for it AND paid his fees, which is neither a refund nor a replacement. Also returning the first item is impossible and now I am almost 7k in the hole.
