The purchase is confirmed through a forum PM with Wellix, and the Discord ticket shows the account failed within days, with staff themselves noting it had probably only been active for 3 or 4 days. Support acknowledged the issue on June 20 and promised a replacement, then gave nothing but stalling for over two weeks, including a broken promise on July 1 to resolve things within 24 hours after asking the buyer to stay active.
