Amount scammed: 32 USD including the Paypal fees paid.

Additional Information:
It's quite sad and unprofessional treatment of a service that I heavily relied on for so long. Telling customers "fuck off" and then deletes chats and blocks users is exactly why I decided to screenshot every interaction. I will happily provide more information if necessary.

It was supposed to be 12 months/1 year YouTube premium with 0 % drop rate and 100 % safe and secure, according to the seller. Then suddenly the premium is gone, the seller announces that I have to pay more to get a replacement or I can basically fuck off. I have never experienced anything like this before.

@beastmode @A35 , i'll post what i wrote to the ban appeal

as @Memepurge replied to my TG messages with this :

And here i'll explain everything
@Memepurge who bought from me wasn't super clear about it, and also i've never said my service : "0 % drop rate and 100 % safe and secure" he made that up.

so simply my service was posted on nulled, i sell youtube premium family plan invitations, so if you bought from me you get an invitation and join a family of mine which i renew monthly for the period you bough (3,6,12 months) then either renew or i'll remove from the family. this service had a pretty clear TOS

Also @Memepurge didn't bought the service i sell here on patched.to (which is individual plan), he bought another service, which is an invitation to the family plan. with different pricing, different TOS.

@Memepurge also made the purchase on 4th of december 2024, and my TOS was updated on 30th ov November 2024, because at that time, youtube methods became unstable. @Memepurge by paying he agreed to that TOS and i didn't change it at all from that date.

The Service he bought + TOS (POST) :
TOS ONLY :

so per TOS
- Warranty is the full period of upgrade, if method stops working you'll get a partial refund for the remaining perioid.)
- if your service worked 3+ Months, only replacement (if possible) and NO refunds.

and as my method completely failed, its not possible to replace (with same service), User had 3+ months of service, no refund can be made.

and i've even told him and he posted it :

i made a mistake when i blocked him, cuz he just pissed me when he said and i quote "i wont pay 23.70, you either replace or provide full refund". but i unblocked again and i explained everything, yeah i was mad, yeah i didn't use the right words. but im not a scammer.

anyways, to prove my reliability even though he stopped replying on TG and just kept updating his scam report, i'll refund him 11.30$ which is the remaining value of his subscription. even though in my TOS i dont offer REFUND if service worked 3+ months.

and by the way, I introduced way different service to be able to serve customers (individual plan which costs 25$), and i discounted the remaining value of each customer (even if its alot), like for some customers they paid 10$ after discount (in this case i've to cover the individual plan cost which is 25$ and pay 15$ out of my pocket and i did !!!!!) and i can prove it if you want.

How a scammer would pay out of his pocket to serve his customers ? isn't it just easier to close all my accounts and run away?

And im super transparent and clear with my customers, and i've even told @Memepurge that im doing replacements and shutting down the service anyways (because individual plans doesn't need operation, 1-time payment to YT and its good to go) and shutdown here doesn't mean to run away either, it means that i wont accept new orders! you tell me, if im scammer why wouldn't i keep accepting new orders to collect more money before exit scamming ? :)

Calculation on remaining value :
Subscription period : 12 mo / 365 days
Value : 25$
🗓️ Expiry Date: Thursday, Dec 4, 2025
⚠️ Service Stops On: Sunday, Jun 22, 2025
⏱️ Days Remaining: 165 Days (value of 11.29 USD$)

25$ / 365 = 0.0684931506849315$ (one day value)
0.069 * 165 (remaining days) = 11.30$

This is the message i sent to him & over 900+ other customers :

I also explained to him in full detail even if he switched and paid 23.71$ im still losing money, this is the message i explaind everything regarding how i get the individual plans:

I repeat, if im a scammer, why i'd offer something to keep his service alive when its total different service, and why would i even lose money on it ? doesn't make any sense.

Again, i dont even accept new orders :

Be the judge @beastmode @A35, to be clear, my offer to the client is partial refund of his remaining period (11.30$) because he had 200 days of service working and i paid for the family he was inside everymonth till stop/cancel date. even if thats against my TOS and @Memepurge doesn't want to comply with Terms he agreed on when he bought.

DeFOUR has been messaging me repeatedly to remove the scam report only after he started facing account-level consequences. That timing speaks volumes.

The core issue here is not about "remaining days" of service. It's about account lock-in. When you accept a YouTube Premium family invitation, your account becomes locked into that family for 12 months. This means I can't accept any other invites or upgrade — even though the service stopped on June 22. That's a 5-month service with a 7-month penalty.

So when he offers to refund the remaining time (~$11.30), he’s ignoring that I’m stuck without service for the rest of the year. That isn’t what I paid for. I bought 12 months of uninterrupted YouTube Premium, not 5 months and then a locked-out account for 7 more.

He keeps citing his TOS, but let’s be honest:
  • He claims replacement is “if possible”
  • Then admits replacements are possible — but only if I pay extra
  • When I challenged that, he blocked me
Let’s talk about that professionalism. He’s now saying he lost money and "isn't a scammer" because he could’ve run away but didn’t. That logic doesn’t hold. Not running doesn’t automatically mean he's acting fairly.

Trying to distance this issue from the platform doesn’t change the outcome. The service failed, and I’m left with both lost time and a blocked account.
Unless I receive a full refund, I won’t be withdrawing the scam report.
