"Withdraw money from the CC"? I clearly said I tried to send funds through the credit card to another PayPal account — that’s not a withdrawal, that’s a transfer. Also, the credit card is already back with you, so if anything went wrong with it, it’s entirely your responsibility, not mine.
You keep avoiding the part where you claim to have uploaded the documents — yet you can't provide any proof simply because you didn't upload them.
As for accessing the account, I logged in using a proper SOCKS5 proxy — how can you falsely claim I logged in without one? That’s just another lie. You’ve been lying from the start, and this won’t work.

" send funds through the credit card to another PayPal account — that’s not a withdrawal, that’s a transfer. Also, the credit card is already back with you, so if anything went wrong with it, it’s entirely your responsibility, not mine."

Trying to withdraw cards from my own card that was linked for verification purposes, is illegal, and is also a wrong behavoir detected by PayPal, both of those things are written in my guide that are against the rules.

My guide clearly states that you must use a Proxy that was made for stealth purposes, which my partner sells, yet you never asked for his contact, or for me to get you his proxy made for paypal. Using a "
SOCKS5 proxy", which is not made for paypal is also against my rules, since poor quality proxies immediately flags paypal stealths accounts.

I've been in the paypal stealth industry for over 4 years, and you can't use them accounts without following my strict rules!
I got over 300 vouches and was extremely reputable on the other forums due to my quality accounts, if you don't follow my stealth rules, of course you are getting your account limited!

The problem was neither the proxy nor the credit card — and the clearest proof of that is the account is still active and not banned. The real issue is that the account was never verified with documents.
You keep claiming the account is verified just because you linked a credit card to it — but that doesn't make it fully verified at all.
And to anyone reading this scam report: you still haven't been able to provide a single piece of proof that you uploaded any verification documents. Period.

And by the way, it's honestly a huge problem that you've been doing this for 4 years and still think a PayPal account with only a credit card linked is considered "fully verified" — seriously

I did upload the documents to the account at the time of registration, PayPal does send an email after that, and it's the "Welcome to PayPal" Email.

The fact that you used a bad proxy and tried to ilegally send money from my own credit card is what flagged PayPal security checks.

Good news is, that I've got back inside the account and re-uploaded all the documents required to re-verify your account, and that went succesfully. Proof of that:

Usually, I charge 100 eur for that service, but consider this my gift for you, so you can shut your mouth with your false accusations and maybe this time you will follow my guide if u wanna have a long-lasting PayPal Account. Love you! @A35

"Welcome to PayPal" doesn't mean you uploaded any documents — that email is automatically sent to anyone who creates a new PayPal account. So stop saying things that make no sense, as usual.

"Usually, I charge 100 eur for that service" xD Wow, must be so hard to click the upload button and submit a ready-made ID to PayPal — I mean, that’s way too much effort just to charge €100, right? 😂You seriously call yourself experienced after 4 years? Bro, you’re a PayPal rookie at best — and it shows.

You just did that now, and unfortunately, it's too late — I no longer need the account.

Not true, they sent that email when their verification is finished.
You clearly have no idea how PayPal Stealth works, that's why u got your account limited in the first hour by not following rules.
Yea, I do charge 100 eur for PayPal re-verification
I do not care that you need it or not, the account was in perfect condition when I delivered it, you fucked it, I fixed it and now it's in perfect condition and it's yours.

@HeavenlyGod The PayPal account you sold might have been limited from the very beginning. Since you were unable to provide proof that it was fully functional at the time of delivery, a full refund is required. In the future, to avoid such disputes, consider asking your customers to record their screen when they first access the account as proof.

The account was VERIFIED and in perfect condition at the time of the delivery. And I can prove it.

The time of the delivery was: 08:10

The email at 08:05 confirms that the account verification was complete, after I've finalized it by linking the credit card to the account. 5 minutes later, I deliver his account in perfect condition.

He comes to me, 1 hour later, after he logged in without a proper proxy, and he's been trying to withdraw money from my own credit card, that the account has been limited.

He should be the one to prove that the account was not verified at the time of the delivery, but he can't do that, because it was VERIFIED!

Only after him, not following my stealth guide, the account was limited, 1 hour after the delivery, when he messaged me after trying to withdraw money from my credit card!

The account was VERIFIED at the time of the delivery, and it's verified now, as we speak. I've RE-VERIFIED it free of charge! @

It wasn’t verified in any way. You didn’t upload any documents when you created the account, and when I tried to send funds, it instantly asked me to upload documents. Also, there isn’t a single email from PayPal proving that you uploaded any documents when you created the account. I have nothing more to say — I’m just waiting for my refund.
