Im a software developer and I am working with ai since 2023, I know what it can do and what not and what the expected behavior should be. Your site screams scam in all ways, there is nothing reasonable at all, you can say it as often as you want, facts will not change.

You sold this as ChatGPT Pro, one month, on a store page that calls it the top tier, not a trial and not a shared seat, and lists Astra 6 as included. You have twice told this thread it is a product worth $200 that you sell for $35. So the buyer was measuring what he got against the $200 ChatGPT Pro plan, because that is the comparison you put in front of him.

He did not get that plan. What he got was capped at 52,000 tokens a day, and your reply here adds a second cap of 30 requests a day. Neither number is on your store page, neither is in your sales thread. A buyer who believes he has bought the $200 ChatGPT Pro plan, and finds out only after paying that his usage limits are nothing like that plan, has been deceived. Calling that your quality standard does not answer it, because nobody was shown that standard before paying. That is the whole case.
