Well, I found out what happened,

Lilly is not wrong here, nor am I. Because I had no other choice with what my client said and I couldn't understand who logged in and changed the passwords within a few minutes of the accounts being exchanged. My client said this, so I had to suspect Lilly.

So, I think this problem arose because of the misunderstanding that occurred here, and whoever was in this situation was unable to resolve this situation due to the client's behavior.
